The Deck Kit

Interactive

Most decks start as a blank template and end as a file nobody else can open. The deck kit is one HTML file: it renders Marp markdown or a JSON outline into 16:9 slides, prints a clean PDF from the browser, and exports an editable PowerPoint deck, with no installs, no network, and nothing leaving the tab.

Write the deck in plain text, or hand the built-in guide to an AI assistant and let it write the first draft. A few lines draw an org chart, a process flow, a swimlane, or a two-by-two, and the kit lays them out and carries them into PowerPoint as editable shapes. Open the kit below or in its own tab; the MIT-licensed source travels inside the file.

The kit began as a way to build decks on a locked-down laptop. It stays useful because the input is text: easy to version, easy to hand to a colleague, and easy to have an assistant draft.
